    Product description

Each cavity of our 7.5 pound triple premium soap mold holds 31.5 ounces (1.96 pounds) of oils. It has removable sides and clear lids for viewing soap as it gels. The lids limit contact with air during saponification reducing ash on soaps. This mold features food-grade silicone liners. They are made via a special molding process that results in silicone that will not tear or stretch over time like other types of silicone can.

    Basic, Premium, or Handle Mold?

We are often asked about the difference between basic and premium molds.

    Basic Molds:

    • Have a wooden box to support the liner.
    • Have holes in the bottom of the wooden mold to push out the liner.
    • Do not have a lid.

    Premium Molds:

    • Have a wooden box to support the liner.
    • Have a clear lid to view soap as it gels and prevent soda ash.
    • Have grooves in the wooden mold box the lid slides into, creating a seal between the soap and outside air. This is the main method of preventing ash.
    • Have removable sides for easy removal of the liner.

    Handle Molds:

Handle molds come in basic and premium styles. They provide the ultimate ease of use when making soap. The lip of the liner surrounds the wood mold and keeps it clean. The handles on the liner allow for very easy removal from the mold.

However, the sides of the wooden mold box are not removable in the premium style, and the basic style does not have holes in the bottom of the box for removal. This is because you can simply lift up by handles and the liner pops right out! Another benefit of our handle molds is the silicone is thin yet sturdy, making soap a breeze to remove from the liner.

If you do not gel or cover your soaps, basic molds are best. They can be covered with cling wrap to prevent ash. If you prefer to gel your soaps and want more ease of use, premium molds are ideal. Handle molds offer the best of both worlds in premium and basic styles.

    Amazing Molds

I am so glad I purchased this. I am slowly replacing all my molds with Nurture molds and I wish I had bought these from the start because they are definitely worth the investment. I also use this set to cover my little four pound slab mold. I love, love, love the plexiglass covers as I have always struggled with soda ash. Great quality and a great product.

So, a few day ago I posted a comment about the mold leaving behind a funny smell... well, the smell is gone .. I let the soaps sit for about a week and it just dissolved on its own and just yesterday I used the mold again and no smell😌

Also, I wanted to say the team at NS is very caring and understanding as they reached out and addressed my concerns 😊

Thank you, that is great to hear! :)

    Still unsure

I’m still a little unsure how to feel about this particular mold.
    Functional : YES
    Reliable: YES
    Durable: YES

I’ve made multiple loafs and my soap smells like fine crafted wood mixed w silicone which would be awesome if that’s what I was going for ...

Overall good mold ... maybe after several uses the smell will go away

That is very strange we have never had anyone mention this problem before! I will private message you to see if we can troubleshoot this!

    Great mold

Was a little unhappy when it showed up I thought it would make the same size bars at my 7.5 lbs mold I got from NS but it’s it shorter by an inch but then I learned to get 4oz 1 inch bars I learned u don’t have to fill my other mold to the top and it works for us to make a small batch or use all 2 for the same

    Love, Love, Love this mold!

I am so glad I decided to purchase this mold. I love that I can cover my soap so I don't get soda ash. If you are debating about spending the money, just do it. When I started I tried to save money and bought molds that I really didn't care for, I wish I had just spent the extra and bought good ones from the start. I will buy your molds from now on. Thank you for fast shipping and the samples too:)

I purchased this mold because I needed a way to decrease production time..the first loaf I did was PERFECT.....the insulation of the lid prevented the soda ash that has always been a struggle. And the silicon liner made perfectly square bars.

This was my first purchase from Nurture Soap and first time ever buying a mold that large. Great job Nurture Soap. It’s everything I could ever imagine and allows me to make multiple bars of the same soap at once. Work smart not hard!!!
