The more you buy, the more you earn! First time buyers receive a $5 credit with their first order. All orders earn 5% that can be applied on future orders. Earn $1 for each review left on our site up to $20 per 30 days.

View your rewards balance by logging into your account. You can use 100% credits if your cart reaches $51 or more. You can use $5 credits if your cart reaches $1 to $50. The more you buy, the more you earn!

Note: Our previous system issued a discount code for leaving a review. All discount codes for leaving a review via our old system will be honored until 2/29/2020. After this time, we will fully transition to the new credits system. To earn credits or be published, reviews must be A) Verified. The review must be left from the purchaser of the item and B) Meaningful.  Reviews must be for the product being reviewed, must be legible and provide value to other consumers.

Important! Shipping Information

We cannot add to or change orders once placed. We do not keep records of payment information at the time of purchase for security reasons. If you forgot to order an item, you will need to place another order. Please review your order for accuracy before submission.

You will be sent an email confirmation when an order is placed on our site. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be sure your email is correct when placing your order! We are not responsible for incorrect mailing or email addresses. We always ship to the address you give us and we always email to the address you give us.

Refunds and Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Fragrance oils, colors, and all other cosmetic products cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, cost of shipping items to you will be deducted from the total of returned items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nurturesoap.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or free samples cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nurturesoap.com and send your item to: 1370 Swan St., Huntington, IN, 46750, United States.

Orders and Shipping

We offer free shipping to 48 states with all orders over $30.00. Free shipping shipment methods are USPS First Class Mail for all orders under 14 ounces and USPS Priority Mail for all orders over 14 ounces. Selecting faster shipping options will not expedite your order in our warehouse. It will shorten time in transit only. To have your order shipped before others in queue we offer a rush shipping option.

We require a minimum order of $15. If you have any difficulty placing your order or do not wish to enter your credit card information online, you may pay by money order or call us at 260-200-1081 to place your order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

You will be sent an email confirmation when an order is placed on our site. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Also check the address the shipment is being sent to. We only send to the address given to us when you place your order. If this address is incorrect please call us ASAP at 260-200-1081. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

UPS Express options (2 day and overnight) do not deliver on weekends.

Choosing an express shipping option does not affect processing time. To put your order to the top of the packing list, choose Rush Shipping on the checkout page when placing your order.

UPS will not ship to PO boxes.

You have the option for Signed Delivery. To add signed delivery to your order, simply add it to your cart. Please choose this option if you would like to sign for your package upon delivery. Nurture Soap will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered items if this option is not chosen. Why? Carriers will not honor insurance claims on packages marked as delivered. Rather than raise our shipping rates to cover this expense, we give the customer the option of signed delivery. If you don't receive your package and the signed delivery option is chosen, we will replace your package immediately and file a claim with the carrier.

Our processing time is posted at the top of the page on every page on our site. To decrease processing time and put your order to the top of our shipping list, we offer Rush Shipping. To add rush shipping to your order, simply add the option to your cart.

I Didn't Receive My Package!

We will replace the package immediately if the signed delivery option was chosen at checkout.

Check with your neighbors. It's likely that the mail carrier delivered your package to the wrong address.

Talk to the supervisor at your local post office if USPS was your chosen shipping method. They will be able to communicate with your mail carrier and look on the vehicles for any deliveries that were missed.

If you live in an apartment complex, check with the rental office. Sometimes deliveries will be made there.

If these steps don't result in finding your missing package, call USPS directly at 1 (800) 275-8777 or call UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS

Follow the prompts until you get to the prompt where you are asked for your tracking number. Press 1 for tracking a package or say "Tracking." Say “Representative” and you will be transferred to a representative.

If you feel your package has been stolen, you may file a police report on the missing package.
