Right out of the bottle, this FO does not smell like Skittles so I had my doubts...but after making my CP soap it really does smell just like the candy! It is so fun and my customers love it - definitely plan on keeping this as a regular soap in my inventory - highly recommended!! It did accelerate a bit for me but it was workable.
This scent stays true in CP soap, doesn’t discolor and behaves well. I used it for soap cupcakes and soap frosting and it was perfect. All the kids and adults that got one, loved the scent. Perfect!
Can't get enough of this one, smells just like skittles, always keeping this on hand, the last time I got this scent it did accelerate my cp soap idk but still worth it just work a little faster
Super nice and fruity. Planning to use it for bath bombs.
One of my favorites! It works well in wax melts :)
A kid favorite for my bath bombs. A must have!
I'm loving this FO, so fresh and uplifting. I used it for CP soap, it behaves very well. Lovely fragance for spring and summer.
This fragrance does smell like fruit candy and people love to smell it, but it is not a big seller.
Unfortunately it discolours quite a lot over time.
I made Smell the Rainbow soap a year ago and several sold when they were first cured. But one year later, the rainbow is very dark., and the bars are no longer selling. Bars wrapped in plastic discolour more than ones wrapped in paper, so I believe it is a reaction to sunlight.
I also made Yellow Minion Soap last summer, using Yellow Vibrance Mica. By the time they were cured they were already starting to turn tan in colour. Again, the ones wrapped in paper are not as discolored, but my plastic wrapped display bars are tan now. None of the bars have sold.
If you are making soap for personal use and you would like candy scented soap, then you might like this. But if you are relying on soap to retain it's colour in the design, for sales, this would not be a wise choice.
I kept a 1 oz sample of this for several years because I didn't like it in the bottle. Then, I was searching through fragrance oils & read this used to be called Jack Frost & smelled like Skittles. I smelled it again & thought 'uhm'. But I used it in a 20 oz batch & sure enough, it does smell like Skittles & I love it. And I'm sure kids of all ages will too. So I'm going to order more with my next order. Shame on me for not trying it & thank goodness it was still good like 3? years later!
I can’t wait to try this in a rainbow soap. Smells a lot like skittles.
