Description

  • Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 1-2 teaspoons per pound of oils.
  • Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of base.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

If using in bath bombs, add polysorbate 80 at half your oils. For example, if your oil = 3 teaspoons, use polysorbate at 1.5 teaspoons. This will help prevent a color ring around the tub.

Gorgous Brown Mica

This brown mica is simply beautiful in CP soap. It mixed well in the batter, no clumping and the color was amazing like a sparkly chocolate brown. Buy it now, you will love it for fall projects

the most beautiful brown ever

This brown was SO gorgeous in my soap. It was the perfect base for my Summer Bonfire soap. I love that is a true brown and not a reddish brown.

“Goldilocks” brown

It is the perfect addition to my brown micas. It’s not too light and not too dark. It’s just right. I also love the shimmer.

Not a shade of brown I was looking for but not bad

Where has this been all my soaping life?

This is the best brown. In CP, the gold flecks in the description don't really come thru, but it's still a great color and it's miles better than trying to work with cocoa. I did make a tiny bit of eyeshadow with it, and using a fine brush, put it on like eyeliner. I have hazel eyes and immediately they popped next to the mica. As soon as I buy more, I'm making all kinds of good stuff, soap, eyeshadow, add a pinch to my bronzer, I just have a lot of ideas!
