Gaia's Harvest fragrance oil has top notes of apple, pineapple, and orange, middle notes of cinnamon, followed with base notes of sandalwood and oakmoss. It will turn your soap brown due to its vanilla content. This is a wonderful fragrance for fall and winter themed soaps. It has depth and zest and simply wonderful! This is our version of Winter Candy Apple by Bath and Body Works®.
Tested 6/28/18 by Carrie T. (owner) in a recipe of 33% lye solution with 5% superfat at 75 degrees. Recipe is 35% olive, 35% organic and sustainable palm, 20% coconut, and 10% castor. This fragrance smells so good but moves FAST! I almost didn't get it into the mold, and when I did it looked like mashed potatoes. Because of this, we recommend this fragrance for other products than CP soap.

This scent is amazing! It is strong; just the way I like it. I have one customer who likes it so much, that that's what he buys almost exclusively.
I use this in lotion and it's amazing and smells just like BBW's scent! It's a definite keeper!
accelerated very fast!!
Love it so much!! you just have to work fast and use a plain design.
A lovely fragrance!!!
Out of the bottle this fo smells AMAZING! I purchased it because it's one of my daughter's favorite scents. I read all the reviews and was prepared for it to misbehave and it never did in CP soap. I used 5% in my butter heavy and olive oil recipe with full water and soaped at room temperature. It stayed liquid long enough for me to mix colors and do a nice drop swirl and layering on top. It didn't rice. Behaved perfectly and I will be purchasing more. I love it and I'm sure she will too!
Riced & accelerated very fast!!
I used this fragrance to make my first batch of cold process EVER. I wish I had read the reviews, and from now on I will be sure to read reviews before purchasing. I mixed my first batch to a medium trace, added the fragrance, and it was almost impossible to mix. I figured it was me. I was able to scoop and press into my mold, but I'm sure its airy. I made a second batch, which was easier to work with after mixing to a light trace, but it riced up which was frustrating. I came back to read the reviews just to put my mind at ease and sure enough it is the fragrance that is the problem.
Hi Dreama! We test all our fragrances in soap to avoid any surprises. Gaia's Harvest accelerated for us as well. In the product description we have the notes: This fragrance smells so good but moves FAST! I almost didn't get it into the mold, and when I did it looked like mashed potatoes. Because of this, we recommend this fragrance for other products than CP soap.
