Fresh Cut Rose fragrance oil smells just like a bouquet of freshly cut roses complete with green leaf and stem notes. As with many rose scents, this fragrance will move fast. For best results, soap as cool as possible. We prefer soaping with room temperature oils and lye with this fragrance to prevent acceleration.

Prop 65: This product is not on the CA Prop 65 list of toxic chemicals.

Tested 6/18/18 in a recipe of 33% lye solution with 5% superfat at 80 degrees. Recipe is 35% olive, 35% organic and sustainable palm, 20% coconut, and 10% castor. Rapid acceleration. The soap got chunky as I was pouring in the mold, and the top looked like mashed potatoes. I was able to get it all in the mold, though! For a rose scent, this is by far not the worse I have tried. If soaping at very cool temperatures and full water and working FAST I think it might work. No time for swirls, etc.

Work Fast

The first time I ordered this I didn't see heavy acceleration and ended up making a layers design that I didn't intend for. It also riced badly which I worked most of it out but still left some clumps in the final product. Second time I just picked one color so I have enough time to pour, blend and do a simple top. It smells so good. Just like roses!

Love it

This is a great scent. I use to have a rose bush next to my window and every spring it smelt so beautiful when it would begin to bloom. This scent takes me back, absolute must have. Smells like the real deal.

Fresh rose scent, very fresh!

It does smell fresh rose- firstly smells stem, and then rose.

Fresh Cut Rose fragrance oil

This fragrance smells just like fresh cut roses. This one was a reorder as well. I do recommend this fragrance.

Fresh cut rose

This is always my go to for a true rose smell. It works best with a single color and hand stir in fragrance. Best to work fast because it will set up on you.
