INCI: Mica (CI 77019), titanium dioxide (CI 77891), iron oxide (CI 77491)
Micron Size: 10-60

Cosmetic use:
• Eyes
• Lips
• Bath Bombs
• External Use

Ideal for:
• Soap
• Resin
• Crafts
• Lotion
• Butters
• Wax Melts
• Nail Polish

Prop 65: Titanium dioxide (airborne, unbound particles of respirable size) is on the Proposition 65 list because it can cause cancer. Exposure to titanium dioxide may increase the risk of cancer. Once incorporated into a liquid or solid base it is no longer airborne and falls off the Prop 65 list.

• Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 1-2 teaspoons per pound of oils.
• Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of oils.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

We recommend this color to be used at 2 tsp. per pound of oils and at low temperatures in cold process soap. If used at higher temps, the color may lose some of its orange beauty! To maintain the very best coral color, lower temps will be your friend using this mica!

If using in bath bombs, add polysorbate 80 at half your oils. For example, if your oil = 3 teaspoons, use polysorbate at 1.5 teaspoons. This will help prevent a color ring around the tub.

So pretty with hints of sparkle

I’m obsessed with Coral and melon colors, this has the most subtle sparkle. I love this in my scrub but cannot wait to see the results in lip balm!

More a cantaloupe red

Lighter than I expected. I used it in my nature-inspired arches soap and wasn't as red as I expected. Will try in larger amounts next time. Still love how the color turned out.
