Description

Blue Enigma Mica is a mysterious mica with underlying flashes of blue. At first glance this glittery mica will appear plain white, but when in different angles of light you will see that blue!

INCI: Mica (CI 77019), titanium dioxide (CI 77891), tin oxide (CI 778161)
Micron Size: 10-100

Cosmetic use:
• Eyes
• Lips
• Bath Bombs
• External Use

Ideal for:
• Soap
• Resin
• Crafts
• Lotion
• Butters
• Wax Melts
• Nail Polish

Prop 65: Titanium dioxide (airborne, unbound particles of respirable size) is on the Proposition 65 list because it can cause cancer. Exposure to titanium dioxide may increase the risk of cancer. Once incorporated into a liquid or solid base it is no longer airborne and falls off the Prop 65 list.

• Use rate in clear melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of oils.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. ~

This mica will not show in cold process. It is best used in clear melt and pour or dusting the tops of soaps to give a special shine. It is cosmetic grade and safe for lips and eyes. It would be perfect in lip gloss or eye shadow!

If using in bath bombs, add polysorbate 80 at half your oils. For example, if your oil = 3 teaspoons, use polysorbate at 1.5 teaspoons. This will help prevent a color ring around the tub.

The perfect sparkle for my Christmas bombs

This gave the most amazing sparkle to my Christmas bombs. I put solid bubble bath on top and it looked like sparkly Christmas cider. It was so perfect. Not sure you can see it in the pic attached. Hope so. I'm going to make more for this Christmas.
