Our 7.5 pound premium soap mold holds 88.2 ounces (5.51 pounds) of oils maximum. Each cavity will hold approximately 7.5 pounds of finished soap. If this mold is filled to the very top, it can hold up to 8.3 pounds of soap before cure or cook. This mold will make 18 1" bars of soap.
I shopped around for what seemed like forever, for the perfect soap mold, and I have found it! This mold is exactly what I needed. Silicone liner makes it easy to remove my soap and easy to clean, and both sides lift up and off so I can easily remove the silicone liner with my soap in it. I was struggling with lining my wood molds with freezer paper for years, I'm so happy to say goodbye to freezer paper forever. I will be buying more!!
My order came really fast. I love it!
The only thing is that I used 96 oz of oils and the bars were extremely taller than the rest of my soaps. I cut off the bottoms to match the rest of my soap. I had an extra 2 lbs in minis soap samples. Which is fine. The next batch I ended up using 88.2 oz of oils. I filled it up just enough to match my other bars. I used the extra in my 2 lb mold. Worked great. I had a lot of soap for the same about of time. 1st batch was CP and 2nd was HP.
upgraded my mold game
I was hesitant to invest in this mold, but after using it a few times I wish I had purchased it sooner. The soaps released easy without smooshed corners. The liner cleaned up super easy. Plus Nurture Soaps ships my order out super fast and doesn’t delay processing. Super happy!
Love how easy it is to slip the soap out of the silicon. And I’m so happy there is no need to line molds any longer!!
This mold is truly amazing!!!
I had my eye on this mold for quite a while, and my only regret is that I did not purchase sooner! It is the best mold I have ever used, so easy to assemble/disassemble, and it is a breeze to get the soap out, whereas I would end up messing up soap trying to fight with it to get it out of other molds. I HIGHLY recommend! Also, the cover that slides on and off makes it so easy to prevent soda ash, and it insulates itself being in the wooden outer mold.
