Perfect size!

This mold is a great size for large bars. The bars seem to be easier to hold and honestly look better than the shorter ones. It’s easier to release the silicone mold from the wood since the sides slide in and out. There’s also a plexiglass lid that is great!

Really Nice Mold

This mold is very well made and I love that it has a slide-out front. The silicone mold is heavy duty and the soap unmolds with sharp edges. The only thing that I wasn't expecting was how large the bars of soap are compared to my other molds, maybe a bit too big. The bar weighed just a bit over 7 ounces. It does feel luxurious to have such a large bar of soap though so I'm happy with it.

Great Mold

This is a great mold, its both well thought out and well built. I was honestly on the fence about wether or not to get it, I didn’t really need another tall and skinny mold but it has quickly become my favorite, I wish I had bought it sooner. I love the clear top, now I can see what’s going on with my soap when I’m experimenting with a new ingredient, and it really does help with soda ash. Getting the soap out of the liner is a little different than I’m used to because its so stiff and you can’t just peel it back. The easiest way I’ve found to remove the liner is to pull all 4 sides away from the soap loaf and then turn it upside down on the counter and gently push down on the bottom. My normal bar size is about 3 3/4 inches tall so I don’t fill it all the way to the top of the liner, and gravity does all of the hard work and the silicone just slides right off. Perfect corners every time.

Great sturdy mold

I must say that this is probably the best mold that I own. Everything about it is very well thought. I didn't know I needed a sliding acrylic top until now! And I hate that I don't have it on other molds from other brands. It helps a lot with soda ash.

The one thing I must say is to let your soap harden first before attempting to unmold. The silicone mold is very sturdy so it's actually hard to push it inside out like you'd normally do. I made the mistake of unmolding too soon and ended up damaging some of the bottom of my soap. So yeah, allow some extra time for the soap to harden first and you should be good.
