  • Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 1 teaspoon per pound of oils.
  • Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of base.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

Clay should be mixed with water before adding to cold process soap. Mixing well before adding to soap will help prevent clumps or streaks. Mix 1 part clay to 1 part water until fully saturated then add the mixture to your soap.

Nice green gray color

Great color and add natural slip in soap. Also great in face masks.

Nice green color

I love using clays in my soap, and this green clay is a very lovely shade that is not dull or gray. Nurture Soap clays are my favorites!

Darker than other green clay I’ve bought!

I use clay in every loaf of soap I make and love the green for coloring as well. This was the first time I’d used Nurture’s green clay and it’s much darker than others! I think I’ll use a bit less next time (about half what I normally do) to get a mint green color), but that’s a pretty good “problem” to have! 😍
