I Used Old Version...

I still had an 8oz bottle of the old version of 'Dragon's Blood' Fragrance and having checked the label which warns of "heavy acceleration and dark brown discoloration", I made sure to add the fragrance just before swirling the red and black batches in the pot. God job too, since within the few seconds it took to 'glob' it into the mold, it was setting. Never mind - it worked - and gave me another few seconds to swirl the top. The fragrance is simply sumptuous with dark mystical notes - certainly better than others I tried. Of course I shall continue to use what I have but - now that craft shows are making a comeback - I do look forward to the new non-accelerating version in the near future.

Reminds me of incense

I wasn't sure what to expect with this fragrance, I ordered it hoping to make soap for men but the smell is too much like incense for my liking. Don't get me wrong if you're into incense you will love it. I did make a batch of CP soap and it behaved wonderful no acceleration/rising. I will also add that the smell (in my opinion) was nicer on the finished bars of soap!
