Descripción

New Lotion-Safe Formula: Tested 3/27/2020 with the Nurture Soap Making Blend in a 33% lye solution with 5% superfat at 76 degrees. Soaped wonderfully. Slight acceleration but very workable. It may be best to work with full water and cool temps to prevent acceleration.

Old Formula: Tested 6/3/18 in a recipe of 33% lye solution with 7% superfat at 76 degrees. Recipe is 35% olive, 35% palm, 20% coconut, and 10% castor. Slight acceleration but definitely workable. May want to soap on the cool side with this fragrance oil just to be sure.

  • Acceleration in Cold Process: Slight
  • Discoloration in Cold Process: No

Ahhh, Nirvana

I have to say this is one of my favorites and my customers. Knowing that there is slight acceleration doesn't deter me to have fun with it. I typically soap at 85-90. This was an ITPS with two colors, plus Titanium Dioxide for the main. After it reached trace, added the fragrance, stirring with a spatula and split our 25% and 25% for the two colors and left the rest for TD. Continued to stir with spatula. As it started to thicken, added my two colors, poured in the PVC, capped it, covered with a towel and left it. I did check the temp of the PVC, it did reach 120, which didn't surprise me.
Batch came out great as you can see from the photo. Highly recommend it!

Refreshing and not overpowering

I used this fragrance for the first time at a friend’s recommendation and have decided to add it as a staple scent. I love it because it’s pleasant, refreshing, and balanced, but not overpowering like some fragrances. It sold fast, too!

Nirvana...Yes!

This is one of my favorite scents. It does accelerate a bit but, you can use sunflower oil in your recipe to help acceleration and soap at low temps.
