Descripción

  • Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 1-2 teaspoons per pound of oils.
  • Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of base.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

As with most green micas, this color may turn a darker brown or murky gray during saponification. Don't worry! If this happens, please wait up to 48 hours for the original green color to return in cold and hot process soaps. The color change will not occur in melt and pour soaps, due to these types of soap having a lower pH.

Love this green!

This New Leaf mica was initially included as a sample. I loved it so much that I ordered more! It provides a great contrast. It's the lighter green in the photo.

My Favorite Color is Green

I love the color green and I LOVE New Leaf Green!! It's like a yellowy-green, just like the name implies. So bright and cheerful. It is stunning with Purple Haze, Proud Peacock and TD white.

Prettiest green color

This is a bright and cheery green. It blends well with other colors, too.

New Leaf is exactly right!

If you're looking for a green mica that works great in plant-themed soaps, this is perfect. It really does turn a nice, bright light green like new leaves! I tried this in clear melt and pour, at just under the recommended usage (I wanted a light look) and it tinted gorgeously and looks just like the name.
