Descripción

New Lotion-Safe Formula: Tested 3/30/2020 with the Nurture Soap Making Blend in a 33% lye solution with 5% superfat at 76 degrees. Soaped wonderfully. No acceleration or discoloration. I'm really surprised at how good this smells in soap. It's nice to test sometimes and be reminded of how great a scent is, and that was definitely the case here!

Old Formula: Tested 6/28/18 in a recipe of 33% lye solution with 5% superfat at 75 degrees. Recipe is 35% olive, 35% organic and sustainable palm, 20% coconut, and 10% castor. No acceleration. Soaped perfectly.

  • Acceleration in Cold Process: No
  • Discoloration in Cold Process: Medium tan

Very realistic scent

I have used it once on a special order and was pleasantly surprised.

Not For Me

This smelled quite nice in the bottle: I could pick out the sweetness of apricot, with a little something else that made it interesting and promising. But then I tried it in a batch of whipped soap, and the scent simply didn't work for me: it reminded me of stale light beer, and I could not get passed that impression.

Nice fragrance

I loved this scent out of the bottle. It was great and strong when I poured my CP; However I'm not sure if I did something wrong but for some reason its faded a lot like a barely there fragrance after 4 weeks of cure. I did use 4 ounces rather than the 4.8 ounces could that 0.8 ounce really have mattered that much? Any how no separation, no acceleration, as far as discoloration I'm not sure as I used gold, rose, and purple clay to color. Its a faded light fragrance.
