Description

  • Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 2-3 teaspoons per pound of oils.
  • Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of base.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

Enviroglitters are the only glitter we have found that can add sparkle to cold process soaps! They need to be used at about 3 teaspoons per pound of oils to achieve a sparkle effect. If used at less than 3 teaspoons you will not achieve a high saturation of color or sparkle.

If using in bath bombs, add polysorbate 80 at half your oils. For example, if your oil = 3 teaspoons, use polysorbate at 1.5 teaspoons. This will help prevent a color ring around the tub.

Enviroglitters can add sparkle to bathwater when used in bath bombs! They are some of the only brightly colored glitters for bath bombs available. Dust on top or add to bath bombs for extra fabulousness!

Magical

This mica gives a very pretty almost magical effect to my soap tops. A real eye catcher.

I use this on pretty much everything. I've tried a few other brands, but this is the perfect gold. I can paint with it to get an amazing solid gold looking bath bomb, or simply dust over the top for some extra, eye-catching shimmer.

Beautiful Gold Color

This gold color brings more life to my lip glosses. I Love the gold color shine. Beautiful will be back to buy more once I run out.

My go-to colour for almost every soap!

This is a must have for your soap making - it's so versetile! You'll find you'll be using it in almost every batch of soap you make! I use it for both cold process and melt-and pour soap making, and there are three different ways it can be used. 1) Lightly dusted on top of the soap.
2) Blend it into your cold process soap batter or melt-and-pour clear soap, and you end up with a lovely caramel color (in cold process you lose most of the sparkle.
3) Blend some of the gold dust glitter with a tablespoon of light oil (like avocado or sweet almond) and drizzle on to the top of the soap, then swirl it with the tip of a chopstick.
I've included two photos - one example of the gold dust enviroglitter in the soap (mocha mica, gold dust glitter, and titanium dioxide for the three layers). The other photo shows a soap with some gold dust + avocado oil drizzled on top, then swirled. The gold becomes part of the soap - sinking slightly into the soap.
