Description

  • Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 1-2 teaspoons per pound of oils.
  • Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of base.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

If using in bath bombs, add polysorbate at half your oils. For example, if your oil = 3 teaspoons, use polysorbate at 1.5 teaspoons. This will help prevent a color ring around the tub.

Nice!

Beautifull purple in CP soap. I also like to paint BB with it and get a much bluer shade with that application. A very versatile shade that I would purchase again.

Perfect bath bomb-safe almost blue for painting!

I haven’t tried this one in soap, but mixed with RA for painting bath bombs it’s indigo, almost royal blue, and that’s great since it’s actually manganese violet and therefore FDA-approved for bath bombs! I can imagine it would look more purple next to a true blue but with gold, for instance, it looks dark blue. The attached photo is a true to its in-person appearance.

My favorite purple!

I added a pic, this bar is fresh linen scented and it has TD so my colors came out a little softer.
I’ve used this purple before and without TD it’s very rich and bright- lovely!

wax melts

Used it in some wax melts for a wax warmer. The color was very vibrant and went very well with the blue I used and when it melted it stayed vibrant. Will use again .
