Description

  • Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 2 teaspoons per pound of oils.
  • Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of oils.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

Oleander is the softest blush of pink. This color WILL NOT WORK in any bases that are not very white. Any red or yellow tint from oils will completely wash out this color. Do not add titanium dioxide to whiten your base then use this color. The white from the TD will make it even more pastel.

To get the most from this delicate pink, use in clear melt & pour.

If using in bath bombs, add polysorbate 80 at half your oils. For example, if your oil = 3 teaspoons, use polysorbate at 1.5 teaspoons. This will help prevent a color ring around the tub.

not what I expected
It won't hurt to add more if you think you need it but also if you are making CP soap you need to be sure your base is VERY white. This particular color will wash out unless it has a very white base (not whitened with TD or it will become more even more pastel).
