Description

Tested 6/19/18 in a recipe of 33% lye solution with 5% superfat at 70 degrees. Recipe is 35% olive, 35% organic and sustainable palm, 20% coconut, and 10% castor. Fast acceleration. Not soap on a stick but close. Was able to pour into the mold but it looked like mashed potatoes. Turned yellow after a few minutes in the mold. Because of the acceleration, it is recommended to use this fragrance in other products besides CP.

  • Acceleration in Cold Process: Yes
  • Discoloration in Cold Process: Dark brown

Lavender-ish

This one is great. The first scent I smell is lavender. Smells great. Very calming! Will use in my bath bombs. It will be perfect!

One of my FAVES! So soothing.

I haven't used Twilight so I can't speak on how similar it is, however I love this scent very much! It's addicting for sure. Sweet, spicy, and soothing all in one.

Wonderful calming soothing scent!

I was a little apprehensive going in to make CP soap after reading the reviews and testing notes... but I experienced zero issues using this oil. I did use dark colors due to the discoloration so I can't say for sure how much it may discolor. I soaped at 85 deg with a tried and true recipe 42% hard oils (shea, cocoa butter and coconut) 33% water. I am so excited this works with my CP recipe as it is an amazing fabulous scent. I will continue to make soap with this one!

My favorite NS FO

This is my favorite NS fragrance I've ever tried. It is not overpowering lavender but just enough, mixed with some other things that make it calming and relaxing but also somehow sexy smelling. I use it in just about everything I make. I use it at Halloween for my "Witch's Brew" line because it makes me think of like a sexy witch and her potions lol... But I use it year round. It does accelerate and darken in CP so I used it in a black section of soap, and I mixed my other colors and got them ready before I added FO to my black. That way I was able to pour them all up pretty quickly and still achieve a nice swirl. You have to work quickly though. It is SO worth it for this FO because it's amazing.
