Description

  • Use rate in cold & hot process soaps: 1-2 teaspoons per pound of oils.
  • Use rate in melt & pour soaps: .5 teaspoons per pound of base.

~ More or less can be added to achieve your desired color. These usage rates are recommended for no colored lather. ~

Working with any orange can be tricky with soaps. For best result with this and any orange mica, soap cool and don't let your soaps get too hot. Heat seems to have a negative effect on orange making fade or peach in color. Orange micas also need a slightly higher usage rate than other colors. For best results use 2 teaspoons per pound of oils, or even more to achieve the depth of color you like.

If using in bath bombs, add polysorbate 80 at half your oils. For example, if your oil = 3 teaspoons, use polysorbate at 1.5 teaspoons. This will help prevent a color ring around the tub.

Over and over again

I’ve used this color over and over again clear back from my very first order EVER!

My favorite Orange

Orange Vibrance Mica is my favorite orange. I use it in cold process soap and in melt 'n' pour for soap embeds. It is fabulous by itself and mixed with other colors (like Nurture Soap's Gold Dust!) This is one of the micas I make sure I never run out of! (Orange Vibrance is the bottom layer of soap and the orange for the "orange slice" prop.)

Such A Pretty Orange

I've used it this colour very sparingly in a recent recipe. I have attached a picture of that soap here before the cut. I unfortunately have to wait a couple more days so I'm not able to include it. From what I see I'm happy with this colour. I'm a big fan of NS mica's. I now wish they were also in Canada.

סבון כתום משגע

כתום משגע רק צריך לשים לב לא לעשות טעות כמוני ולשים שמן ריח עם וניל שהופך את הסבון לחום
